2. Products of Hyperion Sound Design are sold worldwide via a growing network of Hyperion Sound Design authorized dealers in the U. S. A. and other nations.  This network includes the finest dealers / distributors, which are carefully chosen by Hyperion Sound Design.  We believe only the best dealers / distributors can provide proper demonstration of our products, and assist our customers with their special audio entertainment needs.

3. Hyperion Sound Design prohibits our current products sold online.  All online transactions are unauthorized and will not be covered by the manufacture warranties.

4. Manufacturer warranties are granted on all Hyperion Sound Design products sold by our authorized dealers / distributors.

5. Discontinued products are sold online via our authorized dealers / distributors only.
